Haven't received email confirmation after paying for ticket

Hi there, I booked and payed for my ticket yesterday (Whole Kit + Caboodle) - the money went through and I got an e-receipt however I haven't received a confirmation??

Can you please send the screenshot of your approved payment to travel@kiwiex.co.nz?

If you booked online, you should have the Bookit reference that starts with 6 emailed to you as well.

Can you please send us what you received?
