Booking of accomodation package error

Hello! I tried to book the New Zealand Unique Stays accomodation package and I got the message "unable to connect to Paystation". I tried again, and I got the same message. My credit card statement shows that I paid twice. I talked to my bank and they said I couldn't cancel because it was already "approved" and I should talk to you for cancellation. I didn't received any confirmation of the booking. In fact, I wasn't able to finish the booking, right? There was an error before the booking was finished. So can you cancel the payment? Or can you tell me what I should do to solve the problem, please? Thank you! My email for contact (if necessary):

Thank you for getting in touch, I have already forward your message onto our partner company who handles all our online bookings, they should be in touch with you within the next couple of hours, if they do not get back to you please email them directly at to arrange for that refund to be processed back into your account.
