Can you join a tour half way through?

We are travelling around New Zealand next March but only have a limited amount of time. The Sheepdog pass looks perfect for us but we would only be interested in doing the South Island section. Is it possible to join the bus tour at Wellington?

Thanks for your help!

Kia Ora Jenny

As this pass is currently on special yes you are more than welcome to purchase the Sheepdog pass and travel it from Wellington to Christchurch.

Just let us know your reference number once you have purchased the pass and then we can assist you with starting in Wellington.

If you have any further enquiries please let us know

Kind Regards

Marz Herewini

So is there any reason not to buy the Tiki pass over the South and Sound outside of the $20 difference? Seems like there is a lot more value there.

Kia Ora David

It depends on where you want to start from for the answer to that.

If it's just the South Island your wanting to do then they are quite similar.

The main different is the South'n Sound includes Kaikoura as a stop. This means that it is normally started in Christchurch and then does the loop up and around back to Christchurch but this can be done from Picton aswell if you'd prefer.

It's the cheaper option so if you want to skip the North Island the South'n Sound has the better price with the current promotion.

Any other questions about it feel free.
